Meet the Staff at Acorns
Rhian has been holding Makaton Sing and Sign sessions at Acorns for the last 3 years. Makaton is a language programme using signs and symbols to help communication. It is designed to support spoken language and all signs are delivered with speech. The children enjoy these interactive sessions that include animals, colours and lots of nursery rhymes.
Acorns Nurseries are now providers of the Childcare Offer in Wales for eligible working parents of 3-4 year olds. Parents can apply by contacting the local Family Information Service.
