Welcome to Acorns

New Acorns staff enjoyed an ‘Acorns Induction’ with Joan McCusker (HR Manager) and Sarah Taylor (ALN Co-ordinator) last week.

All new recruits are welcomed to the Acorns team and take part in a full day induction as the first part of their initial Acorns training. The on-going training ensures that Acorns high standards are maintained and Acorns staff fulfil their full potential.

The induction involves Acorns Policies and Procedures, Standards and Staff Well-being. This is followed by Safeguarding training and Paediatric First Aid training, as the first step in Acorns on-going staff development.
