Acorns Staff – Professional and Dedicated

At Acorns we believe in developing our staff through ongoing professional development and have invested heavily in providing training to our staff.  We have an excellent retention rate of staff and many have over 10 years service with us, some have over 20 years.

At Acorns, we are proud to say that 66 of our nursery staff have or are working towards the highest level, Level 5 in Childcare Learning and Development, Leadership and Management (CCLD). CSSIW require nursery staff to have Level 2/Level 3 in CCLD, but at Acorns, all of our staff have at least Level 3 in CCLD (or equivalent degree).

This puts us in a unique position having so many dedicated staff, qualified at the highest level and means that we can offer the very best in care for your children.
