Sun Safety at Acorns

At Acorns we are committed to ensuring that all children are fully protected from the dangers of too much sun and UV rays. We follow guidance from Sun Safe Nurseries, check UV level reports and use the following procedures to keep children safe and healthy in the sun:

Use of sun hats, ensure hydration, apply sunscreen, provide shaded play areas and reduce time spent outdoors.
